Spend a day where the water is so blue and the dolphins play up at beautiful Port Stephens then 4WD at Nelson Bay and try sand-boarding while you are there.

Visit the Hunter Valley for amazing wine tastings or fabulous local product. Take a day trip or an overnight stay to fully experience Australia’s oldest wine-producing region.

If it’s a traditional Australian Outback Experience where you see stockmen on horseback mustering sheep or watch a sheep shearing show or even learn how to throw a boomerang, then you can't go past a day at Tobruk Sheep Station.
